Driver Recruiter (US Trucking)

Location: In-office (Tashkent) Employment Type: Full-time | Main Shift
About the Role We are a growing US-based logistics company looking for a results-driven, proactive Driver Recruiter to join our in-office team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers, acting as the primary point of contact from first reach-out to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and actively attracting CDL-A drivers (Company Drivers, Lease Purchase, and Owner Operators) across various channels.
• Conducting thorough phone and video screenings to evaluate driver qualifications, safety records, and background.
• Processing and verifying driver qualification files (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, and background checks).
• Guiding candidates smoothly through the entire recruitment and onboarding pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking recruitment metrics in the ATS/CRM system.
• Collaborating with safety and dispatch teams to meet fleet growth targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Driver Recruiter in the US trucking/logistics industry (mandatory).
• Languages:
• Fluent/Advanced English (B2–C1) — strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Fluent Russian.
• Solid understanding of the US trucking market, FMCSA regulations, equipment types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed), and driver pay structures.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
