We're looking for someone who wants to learn how to find and attract the best people for our logistics company. No recruiting experience needed — we'll teach you everything from scratch.

Schedule: Evening shift, Tashkent time — 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM. This is an on-site role in our Tashkent office. Not remote.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing candidates and reaching out by phone and messenger
• Talking with candidates and finding out what matters to them in a job
• Running first interviews and identifying the right people
• Keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date
• Supporting the team with hiring and helping improve how we recruit

What we're looking for

• Experience in sales, or any job where you talk with people all day: call center, sales manager, consultant, operator, administrator
• No recruiting experience required — willingness to learn is what counts
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to listen
• Reliability, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work evenings consistently
