Recruiting specialist

Phoenix Cargo is one of the largest logistics companies based in the United States. We operate more than 400 trucks and are growing rapidly.

We are looking for motivated, outgoing candidates with natural sales ability, strong communication skills, and relationship-building qualities to join Phoenix Cargo as Commercial Driver Recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective truck drivers (commercial vehicle drivers).
• Introduce Phoenix Cargo, available driving opportunities, compensation, and key benefits clearly and professionally.
• Build effective working relationships with prospective truck drivers through consistent communication and multiple follow-ups.
• Perform follow-up calls to maintain candidate interest and engagement.
• Use strong sales and communication skills to convert prospective driver leads into newly recruited drivers.
• Maintain professional and effective communication throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements

• IELTS Band 8 overall, with particular emphasis on strong English communication.
• Speaking: Band 8 or higher.
• Writing: Band 7 or higher.
• Must be a university graduate or currently enrolled at a university.
• Must be able to work 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM Tashkent time.
• The position requires 10 working hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Must be comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and communicating with prospective drivers throughout the workday.
• Strong sales personality, confidence, persistence, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Schedule & Time Off

During the first six months of employment, the position operates on a 6-day workweek.

After completing 6 months of employment, employees become eligible for two consecutive weekend days off every other week.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $1,500 per month
• Recruiters who successfully recruit more than 10 drivers per month become eligible for additional performance bonuses.
• Strong performers may earn approximately $3,000–$4,000+ per month, including performance-based bonuses.
