Fleet Specialist

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Fleet Specialist.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitor and support the daily operations of the company’s fleet.

• Communicate with drivers and fleet partners to resolve operational issues.

• Monitor vehicle status, maintenance, inspections, and documentation.

• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, maintenance teams, and other departments.

• Track and follow up on vehicle repairs and maintenance requests.

• Monitor fleet-related issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate fleet records and update internal systems.

• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, vehicle status, and operational issues.

• Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to improve fleet efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements.

• Handle urgent fleet-related situations and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Perform other fleet-related tasks assigned by the manager.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or a related field.

• Experience working with US trucking companies will be a strong advantage.

• Good understanding of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• English — C1 or higher.

• Russian— B2 or higher.

• Ability to work according to the US time zone.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the US trucking industry.

• Experience with fleet management systems.

• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements.

• Experience working with drivers and transportation companies.
