Admission specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in organizing and coordinating the university admissions process;
• Provide consultations to applicants on admission and registration procedures;
• Receive and verify applicants’ documents for completeness and compliance with requirements;
• Participate in organizing and conducting entrance examinations and analyzing results;
• Prepare admission lists and relevant documentation;
• Prepare responses to inquiries, reports, certificates and presentations;
• Participate in information events for school, academic lyceum and college graduates;
• Handle inquiries related to student transfers from other higher education institutions;
• Develop proposals to improve the admissions process;
• Cooperate with relevant university departments and external organizations.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian and English;
• Good command of MS Office and modern information and communication technologies;
• Knowledge of basic document management and administrative procedures;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team;
• Compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations and the university’s code of conduct.
