53 Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join its team. You will keep the company's trucks running: monitor equipment, coordinate with drivers, and make sure maintenance and documentation are always up to date.

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle status
- Communicate with drivers on schedules, assignments, and issues
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, follow up until resolved
- Keep fleet records and documentation updated on TMS
- Prepare reports for the Fleet department
- Guide drivers through daily pre-trip inspections (PTI)
- Review inspection photos and reports, spot defects
- 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance in US trucking
- Good command of English, Russian
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Confident computer skills
- Proper CV with proof of working experience
- Stable job in a growing US logistics company
