HR Manager (reporting to Director of HR)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist and support the Director of Human Resources, the leadership and management team to create the JW Marriott culture in the Hotel. The role is responsible for all HR activities during the hotel's pre-opening phase, focusing on talent acquisition and HR infrastructure development to ensure a successful launch. Key duties include managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role requires strong collaboration with department heads to align staffing with business objectives and ensure a strong organizational culture.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration, in line with local legislation
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal); multitasking; organizational; and time-management skills. A proactive, discreet, and customer-oriented approach is crucial for success in this role.
Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian languages; in MS Office apps, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll software (1C / ЗУП)
