Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategies that strengthen the iGaming brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and support overall business growth. The role ensures all marketing activities are aligned with company objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, PR) to achieve business targets
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and maintain marketing content, materials, and brand assets in line with company standards
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve effectiveness
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, CRM, customer support) to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines
- Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives
- Continuously improve marketing processes and introduce best practices
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital channels, and content development
- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interest in the iGaming industry and its dynamics is essential
