Feasibility Analysis: Conduct independent site surveys and assess grid capacity, space constraints, and construction feasibility.
Business Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to establish long-term lease or partnership agreements with landowners, developers, and local authorities.
Regulatory Compliance: Have a solid understanding of policies and regulations related to commercial land use, construction permits, and electricity allocation in Central Asia and the Caucasus region.
Partnership Structuring: Identify and implement suitable cooperation models for different scenarios; lead negotiations with site owners and stakeholders.
Rights & Exclusivity Management: Clearly define and negotiate exclusive terms regarding parking lease rights and electricity allocation quotas to avoid operational limitations in the future.
Requirements:
Languages: English is the working language; Chinese is a plus. Fluency in Russian or at least one local language (e.g., Uzbek or Kazakh) is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in EV charging site acquisition or a related field.
Industry Background: Candidates with experience in Central Asian energy operators will be given preference.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical aspects related to EV charging infrastructure and site acquisition.
