Marketing Manager

Duties:

• Develop, plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
• Coordinate and streamline cross-country marketing activities to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Manage brand communications, including public relations, social media, digital marketing, and other promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to define marketing objectives, align strategies, and establish clear execution roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, suppliers, and external partners to ensure effective coordination of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years' experience in marketing, specialized in B2B marketing.

• Proven experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or a related marketing role.

• Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of projects from planning through execution.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle new challenges.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
