Participate in HR planning to ensure that qualified and competent employees are available.
Make sure that all employee records comply with labor laws, as well as the company's standards, policies, and procedures.
Register vacation pay balances, vacation orders, sick days and unpaid vacations, as well as other documentation related to the absence of employees.
Administer benefit programs, including medical benefits and vacation arrangements.
Review and process employee complaints, as well as monitor employee engagement programs and help maintain a positive collaborative atmosphere in the workplace.
Provide support in calculating wages and keeping accurate records of working hours.
Monitor the visa application process for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and the process of obtaining a work permit.
Serve as a single point of contact for all employees of a particular business unit or function.
Keep up to date with trends, best practices, legislative changes and new technologies in the field of human resource management, talent management and labor legislation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human resource management, business administration or related fields.
Work experience from 3 to 6 years as a general personnel management specialist or in a similar position in the field of personnel management.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (in the new edition) and best practices in the field of personnel management.
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ownership of the Microsoft Office suite.
The ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally.
Knowledge of personnel management software (1C, SAP, Mexnat.uz ).
Knowledge of English at the C1 level is mandatory!!!
