Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Control of oversee employee work permits, visas, their performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Preparation of documents for monthly payroll calculation for local staff
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting
- Act as an advisor to management on HR-related matters
- Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Uzbek, English and Russian proficiency is an advantage
