HR Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager to support our growing operations in Kazakhstan. This role is a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business success, organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic planning discussions and workforce design initiatives
• Support and facilitate organizational change, cultural shifts, and transformation programs
• Develop hiring plans, succession strategies, and skills development initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Coach managers on employee development, engagement, performance and behavioral matters
• Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organization
• Partner with business leaders to improve team effectiveness, communication and talent development
• Build leadership capability through coaching, development programs and proactive talent management

• Collaborate closely with global and regional Centers of Expertise (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits to deliver impactful people solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR similar position

• Experience working in an international company or multinational environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development
• International mindset with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and functions

• Proactive, results-oriented and capable of balancing strategic and operational priorities
