Обязанности:
  • Supervise the company's employees' compliance with production and labor discipline, labor safety standards and rules, hygiene and sanitation requirements, and safety regulations;

  • Ensure work on cultural and effective service to visitors, creating comfortable conditions for them;

  • Advise visitors on available company services;

  • Take measures to eliminate and prevent conflict situations;

  • To consider claims received from visitors regarding unsatisfactory service, to carry out the necessary organizational and technical measures;

  • Monitor the renewal and condition of advertising on the building and in the premises;

  • Ensure order and cleanliness in the premises and areas adjacent to the building;

  • Assign work to employees;Organize meetings with company personnel;

  • Delegate appropriate administrative tasks;

  • Determine maintenance policies, facilities, or standards related to administrative functions;

  • Direct and coordinate staff activities;

  • Develop a schedule for routine maintenance;

  • Supervise the workflow of administrative services;

  • Evaluate office operations;

  • Monitor the integrity of office furniture and equipment;

  • Manage building maintenance projects;

  • Participate in purchases of office furniture and equipment;

  • Make suggestions for solving administrative problems;

  • Administer administrative laws in his/her work.
