Area Operation's Manager at Hardee's

We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined Area Operation's Manager who, is fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek, has in-depth experience in leading and managing multiple restaurants in achieving budget goals, KPIs pertaining to the business model, and development of the business across the city.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching RGMs to achieve success of the business plan and budget.
• Develop and embed a positive working culture
• Ensure optimum staffing across area
• Complete unannounced visits
• Display a growth mindset seeking to maximize sales & profits
• Ensure rigorous execution of all brand marketing promotions

Requirements:

• Education: BA / MBA in business
• Work experience: 3 - 6 years solid experience in QSR
• Languages: C2-level English is a MUST (Uzbek & Russian are preferred)
• Ability to work: in fast-paced environment
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
