Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement compensation programs, bonus plans and benefits aligned with the company’s strategic targets
• Ensure competitiveness of company’s compensation offer: labour market analysis, designing pay scales, conduction annual salary reviews
• Prepare, track and ensure compliance with labour budget, regular analysis of deviations
• Create and maintain local policies and procedures in HR area
• Job evaluation
• Measure efficiency of bonus and benefits programs
• Roll out global HR initiatives at country level, lead local HR projects
• Educate and consult line managers and employees in HR area

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in C&B area and 5 years – in HR
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Communication, Networking and Influencing skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work with tough deadlines
• Team Player
• English – upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
