Junior Provisioning Specialist (Telecom SaaS Platform)

About the role:

Kick-start your career in telecom! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our Provisioning team. You'll help process customer requests for phone numbers, manage number porting, and work closely with our Sales and Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position is based in our office located in Almaty.

You can choose one of the following fixed work schedules (Kazakhstan time):

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability of phone numbers in stock and verify that they are spam-free and functional.
• Enable client self-purchase by keeping inventory accessible and updated.
• Collaborate closely with sales and support teams for seamless number provisioning and excellent client service.
• Verify number details meticulously — check prefixes, formats, and supplier updates regularly.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date internal documentation.
• Manage complex or unique number requests in coordination with managers.
• Communicate actively with clients to clarify requests and share important updates.
• Deliver high-quality service through consistent and proactive client interaction.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks
