Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist (Key Accounts)

We are looking for an Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Almaty, Kazahstan.

Role objective

To act as a strategic supply chain partner for customers, driving higher availability and profitability by ensuring accurate demand planning, efficient order management, end-to-end performance oversight, and leading customer-focused projects that strengthen market differentiation.

• Negotiations with Direct KA & Horeca from SC perspective

• Periodically visiting customers for making alignment

• Regional KA SL Implementation

• KA forecast execution both Direct & Regional

• Developing on shelf availability at customers

• Analyzing root-causes of low service level and taking necessary actions to eliminate it

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations and other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

• University Graduate: Management, Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with Key Accounts
• Language skills: English– Upper-intermediate
• Computer skills: Advanced Excel skills, Power BI - preferebly
