Head of Investment Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of the process for building financial forecast models for investment projects;
• Support in securing financing for investment projects;
• Management and control over the preparation, approval, and actual updating of investment budgets (Investment Budgets, Timelines, etc.);
• Control over the provision of bank statements for monitoring investment projects;
• Control of accounts receivable and payable related to investment projects and investment payments; participation in cash flow forecasting;
• Preparation of a consolidated investment budget and financial model for the group of companies;
• Organization of reporting preparation and control over submission of reports on investment projects to banks and government authorities;
• Preparation of presentations and analytical memos on investment projects for Company management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics or Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.);
• Knowledge of accounting principles and 1C software;
• English language level: Intermediate;
• Ability to work under clearly defined deadlines;
• Willingness to travel.
