Head of Product Management (TV, Monitor, Display)

Job description:

• Develop and monitor the implementation of a product category promotion strategy for the end consumer at points of sale based on market analytics and the competitive environment.
• Organize the collection and analysis of information on market trends and the needs of the target audience, carry out long-term planning and forecasting of purchases / sales volumes.
• Operatively manage and supervise the work of the reporting unit.
• Work with retail chains to ensure the representation of the product category. Together with the product division, negotiate with partners on the planning and implementation of joint projects.
• Organize support for marketing campaigns to promote and launch new products at points of sale throughout the country.
• Interact with the head office and manage the processes related to product pricing.
• Organize the work and effective interaction of employees of the reporting unit, direct their activities to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of projects. Collect, process and analyze information based on the results of monitoring points of sale. Analyze competitors' trade marketing activities and consumer behavior. Make suggestions for improvement based on the analysis.
• Support marketing activities for new product launches and product promotion campaigns in terms of the correctness of product information, coordinate promotion activities including ATL, BTL and online campaigns, promotion at the point of sale.
• Develop product presentations for partners as well as strategic presentations for headquarters.
• Carry out additional assignments and instructions from senior management related to the activities of the Company.
