Develop and execute the sales strategy for Haier home appliances in Uzbekistan, in line with regional targets set by management;
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with distributors and key retail partners across Uzbekistan;
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, manage stock levels at distributor/retail level, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations;
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional support with distributors and retail chains;
Track competitor activity (pricing, promotions, new product launches) and report market intelligence to management;
Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities, in-store promotions, and product launches with local partners;
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review;
Represent the company at trade events, retailer meetings, and negotiations in Uzbekistan;
Coordinate with logistics/supply chain to ensure timely product availability in-market;
Support development of after-sales service network coverage together with relevant departments.
Requirements:
Higher education, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field;
3+ years of sales experience in FMCG, durables, or home appliances; prior experience managing distributors/retail partners in Uzbekistan or Central Asia strongly preferred. Experience working with international (especially Chinese) manufacturers is a plus;
Strong understanding of the Uzbekistan retail and distribution landscape, including key players in electronics/home appliances;
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup, analytical mindset, proactive communicator;
MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), MS PowerPoint, Word; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus;
Russian and Uzbek (fluent, required); English (intermediate or above, for reporting/communication with regional management); Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
