"Geely Auto WZ" is an automotive company representing the GEELY brand in the Uzbekistan market. We are developing vehicle sales, dealer network, customer service, and the corporate sales direction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key corporate, government, international, and fleet clients, including leasing companies and other strategic partners.
- Build, update, and develop the Company’s key client database.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and consultations with clients to identify their needs for vehicles, specifications, service terms, leasing and other related services.
- Prepare individual commercial offers, presentations, cost calculations, and comparison materials for clients.
- Organize vehicle presentations, test drives, and demonstrations of model advantages.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from client search and initial contact to contract signing, vehicle delivery, and payment control.
- Coordinate commercial terms, contracts, specifications, invoices, and other documents with the Company’s internal departments.
- Control timely receipt of payments from clients.
- Achieve established KPIs for sales, number of active clients, signed contracts, revenue, margin, and timely payments.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients at the level of specialists, department heads, and top management.
- Collect client feedback on vehicle quality, service, delivery terms, and the overall level of cooperation with the Company.
- Analyze the market, competitor activity, prices, special offers, and needs of the corporate segment.
- Prepare reports on clients, deals, sales pipeline, sales forecast, and payment status.
- Work with CRM and the Company’s internal corporate systems.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, management, marketing, business, finance, international relations, technical field, or another related area.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, B2B/B2G, corporate sales, key account management, dealer relations, or partner management.
- Experience in the automotive industry, distribution, dealer network, leasing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in negotiations and managing large deals.
- Skills in preparing commercial offers, presentations, and calculations.
- Understanding of the full sales cycle: from client search to contract signing, delivery, and payment control.
- Knowledge of Russian, Uzbek, and English languages.
- Confident user of MS Office, CRM systems, and electronic document flow systems.
- Strong communication skills, result orientation, responsibility, and ability to build long-term business relationships.
