FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will coordinate customer acceptance and project handover with complete evidence and timely defect closure.

Responsibilities
• Establish acceptance schedules, readiness criteria and required evidence for sites and work packages.
• Agree test procedures and document templates with customer and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, quality and document teams to prepare complete acceptance packages.
• Organize customer inspections and tests and resolve readiness blockers before submission.
• Maintain punch lists, outstanding deliverables and approval status with clear owners and deadlines.
• Resolve acceptance disputes through technical evidence and escalation to authorized project managers.
• Track provisional and final acceptance milestones and support related commercial documentation where applicable.
• Archive signed records, as-built files and handover dossiers with full traceability.

Requirements
• Experience in telecom or infrastructure acceptance, testing or project handover.
• Understanding of test evidence, acceptance criteria, defect closure and contractual milestone tracking.
• Strong customer coordination, package review and delivery reporting skills.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
