Material Management Specialist

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will maintain accurate material records and coordinate equipment movements supporting rollout execution.

Responsibilities
• Track material requests, allocations and dispatch status against approved delivery plans.
• Verify receiving records, quantities, equipment identifiers and accompanying documents.
• Maintain stock, serial-number, issue and return records in approved systems.
• Coordinate warehouse dispatch and site delivery readiness and follow up discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with recorded balances.
• Record missing, damaged, returned and excess materials for authorized resolution.
• Compile material-status reports and escalate shortages affecting rollout milestones.
• Maintain organized equipment records and support final site and project reconciliation.

Requirements
• Relevant inventory, warehouse administration, logistics or material coordination experience.
• Good Excel and document-checking skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Attention to quantities, equipment identifiers and accurate transaction records.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
