Acceptance Specialist

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will prepare acceptance documentation, coordinate inspections and track site handover requirements.

Responsibilities
• Compile installation, commissioning, test and inspection records into site acceptance packages.
• Check required forms, signatures, site identifiers and attachments before customer submission.
• Maintain submission logs, approval registers and acceptance-status reports.
• Coordinate test schedules and readiness checks with engineering, quality and subcontractor teams.
• Record review comments and punch-list items and follow up corrective evidence.
• Support retests and resubmissions and confirm revised documents match completed works.
• Collect signed approvals and organize final handover files in the document system.
• Escalate overdue approvals and recurring document defects to the Acceptance Manager.

Requirements
• Experience in telecom project documentation, test support, quality or acceptance coordination.
• Ability to interpret checklists and prepare consistent document packages.
• Strong Excel, tracking, follow-up and customer-facing communication skills.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
