Compliance Specialist

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will support consistent application of company compliance controls across project operations and third-party relationships.

Responsibilities
• Support implementation of company compliance policies, procedures and training within the project.
• Coordinate third-party due-diligence documentation for subcontractors and suppliers, identifying missing information for review.
• Maintain compliance registers, declarations, approvals and audit evidence with appropriate access and confidentiality.
• Review project workflows for potential compliance gaps and refer legal or specialist questions to authorized functions.
• Support checks on procurement, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest and business interactions under company rules.
• Arrange awareness sessions and track training completion and acknowledgement of relevant procedures.
• Assist internal reviews and investigations through factual document collection without making unsupported findings.
• Follow up corrective actions, monitor closure evidence and report recurring control weaknesses to management.

Requirements
• Relevant experience in compliance, internal controls, audit support or corporate administration.
• Understanding of due diligence, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery controls and confidential record handling.
• Strong analytical writing and ability to escalate concerns impartially with clear supporting facts.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
