Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of CBS replacement workstreams — scope, schedule, budget, quality — from initiation through go-live and handover;
- Manage the CBS vendors and integrators: contractual deliverables, acceptance criteria, plan and SLA adherence, and escalation;
- Maintain the integrated programme plan with resource, dependency and critical-path models, and a single source of truth for status;
- Prepare and deliver SteerCo / C-suite and OTP Group reporting, run the gate/go-no-go process, and surface decisions and risks;
- Coordinate migration, UAT, cut-over and go-live readiness across business, IT, operations and CBU-facing requirements, ensuring bank-side resources and approvals are scheduled and met.
- Minimum 5–7 years in IT project/delivery management in banking
or fintech, including at least one core-banking or large-scale system
replacement delivered to go-live, with hands-on vendor management and migration/cut-over exposure. - Proven delivery discipline across predictive approach;
- Vendor and contract management for large system implementations; planning, dependency and critical-path management;
- Migration and cut over coordination; confident C-suite and OTP Group-facing communication; understanding of core-banking and accounting/GL processes and regulatory (CBU) reporting context.
