Food Safety Controller

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Safety Specialist to join our FBO team. As a Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards, conducting inspections and audits, implementing food safety protocols, and providing training to staff members.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Investigate and resolve food safety issues or complaints.

Develop and deliver food safety training programs for employees.

Collaborate with various departments to maintain food safety standards throughout the organization.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in food safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field.

Proven experience working in food safety, quality assurance, or a related role.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
