Aviation Security Quality Control Auditor

The company is being built from the ground up. We are looking for a professional to join the Aviation Security Service and ensure the effectiveness of the airline's internal quality control system in the field of aviation security.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct internal quality control activities for the airline's aviation security system (audits, inspections, surveys and testing)
• Monitor compliance by the airline's structural units with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ICAO international standards, the Aviation Security Programme and internal regulatory documents
• Develop annual and quarterly aviation security quality control plans and ensure their implementation
• Prepare programmes, checklists and methodologies for aviation security audits and inspections
• Analyze inspection results, identify non-conformities, assess risk levels and develop recommendations for corrective actions
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive measures based on the results of internal and external audits
• Prepare reports and analytical materials for management on the effectiveness of the aviation security system
• Monitor changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ICAO requirements and regulatory acts in the field of aviation security, and propose updates to internal documents accordingly
• Participate in the airline's preparation for certification, inspections and audits conducted by the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the RK and other authorized bodies
• Participate in the development and revision of the Aviation Security Programme, the Aviation Security Quality Control Programme and other internal documents
• Maintain and ensure the safekeeping of documentation related to quality control activities
• Liaise with government authorities, airports, service providers and other stakeholders on aviation security quality control matters within the scope of competence
• Participate in the investigation of aviation security violations and root-cause analysis of identified non-conformities
• Provide briefings, consultation and methodological support to airline employees on aviation security compliance matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by internal regulatory documents and the direct supervisor within the scope of competence

Qualification Requirements

• Meets the qualification requirements established by the aviation security legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the position of Quality Control Auditor
• Higher or secondary (technical and vocational) education
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an aviation security service specialist
• Knowledge of international and regional rules, including the provisions of ICAO Annex 17, and of regulatory legal acts and the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP) in the field of aviation security
• Knowledge of aviation operations and security assurance processes
