Buka Sportswear, a leading foreign garment manufacturing company in Uzbekistan and a proud branch of the global corporation Youngone Corporation, is expanding its team.
We are an internationally driven, fast-growing company offering a stable career in a dynamic and professional environment. We are currently looking for an experienced and independent HR Specialist / HR Executive to manage corporate HR operations in our Tashkent office and support future HR operations for our textile factory in the Buka district.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source and successfully close vacancies across different levels (office staff, operational, and factory/manufacturing positions) using LinkedIn, HeadHunter, Telegram, OLX, and other local platforms.
HR Administration & Payroll: Manage daily personnel administration and workforce management for 300+ employees. Maintain and close monthly attendance timesheets (tabel) in 1C and prepare payroll-related documentation.
Systems & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Uzbekistan Labor Code. Manage documentation via mehnat.uz and the 1C HR/Kadr module (contracts, onboarding, terminations, and disciplinary procedures).
Factory HR Support: Monitor, guide, and train factory HR staff (remotely and via weekly business trips to the Buka district, Tashkent region, when operationally required).
Employee Relations: Organize team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and manage internal HR communications and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, HR administration, and managing payroll operations for large teams (300+ employees).
Software Skills: Strong knowledge of 1C (HR/Kadr module), mehnat.uz, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Languages: Minimum B2 level in English along with fluency in Russian and Uzbek (mandatory for communication with international management and local staff).
Mobility: Willingness to travel to Buka district once a week when factory operations restart.
Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, independence, and strong conflict-management abilities.
