We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our TrEvolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive employee Performance Management, Talent Development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with Uzbekistan labor legislation.

Please note that this position requires afternoon working hours, as the company operates on a shift-based schedule. Employees may choose their preferred start time at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Business Partnership:

  • Partner with managers and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with internal stakeholders to understand team challenges, workforce needs, and development opportunities.
  • Support organizational changes and workforce planning initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop two direct HR team members.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure professional growth within the HR team.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the HR function.

Performance Management:

  • Manage the employee performance review process across the organization.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Support managers in setting performance objectives and conducting constructive performance discussions.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for talent development and succession planning.

Learning & Development:

  • Lead and manage Trevolution Academy programs and learning activities.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a positive and effective new hire experience.
  • Support employee integration and probation period evaluations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback.
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Labor Law Compliance:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Uzbekistan labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices to comply with local legal requirements.
  • Support audits and maintain HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Actively utilize HRIS and other HR systems to manage employee data and HR processes.
  • Audit HR data on a monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English and Uzbek is required.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in mass-volume industries: banking, FMCG, Telcom, call center.
  • Experience leading and developing HR team members.
  • Proven experience in Performance Management, employee development, and Talent Management.
  • Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
