📋 Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, and selection)

Develop and implement HR policies and internal regulations

Drive employee motivation initiatives and strengthen corporate culture

Plan and coordinate training and professional development programs

Prepare HR reports and present insights to management

✅ Requirements

3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager

Strong knowledge of labor legislation

Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (hh.uz, LinkedIn, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident use of MS Office / Google Workspace

Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required; English is a strong advantage

Prior experience in education or consulting is highly preferred
