HR Manager / People Operations Lead at HumblebeeAI
HumblebeeAI is an AI company building practical solutions across artificial intelligence, automation, computer vision, SaaS products, and business process optimization. We work with real projects, real clients, and fast-growing internal teams across our ecosystem, including HumblebeeAI, HumblebeeAI Academy, LumioHubAI, and other AI-driven products.
We are looking for a strong HR Manager / People Operations Lead who can take ownership of our HR system, improve staff discipline and attendance, support hiring, manage contracts, and help build a more organized, responsible, and high-performance team culture.
This is not just a basic HR role. You will be the main HR person responsible for people operations across our offices in Tashkent, Namangan, and South Korea, with the South Korea office serving as one of our main offices.
About the Role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the full HR workflow inside HumblebeeAI. You will work closely with leadership, department heads, project managers, and team members to make sure our hiring, onboarding, attendance, documentation, contracts, and internal culture are handled professionally.
You will also work with our internal tools, including HStaff and LumioHubAI Smart Office, to monitor staff attendance, improve discipline, track office activity, and support better decision-making around team performance and operations.
Your role will directly affect how our team grows, how responsibly people work, and how smoothly our offices operate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations across HumblebeeAI offices in Tashkent, Namangan, and South Korea
Manage staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and daily HR monitoring
Use HStaff to track attendance, employee records, HR reports, and staff-related workflows
Use LumioHubAI Smart Office to support office monitoring, workplace visibility, and staff attendance improvement
Build and improve HR processes, internal rules, reporting systems, and team discipline standards
Search, attract, and hire IT specialists, AI engineers, developers, project managers, interns, and other team members
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and team performance issues
Prepare, organize, and manage employment contracts, internship agreements, contractor agreements, NDAs, and other HR-related documents
Support onboarding, adaptation, probation tracking, and offboarding processes
Maintain clear employee records, documentation, attendance history, and HR reports
Help improve company culture, motivation, communication, and team responsibility
Monitor staff performance signals and raise issues early when discipline, attendance, or responsibility drops
Support salary, payment, leave, and contract-related coordination with management
Help create a more structured, transparent, and accountable work environment
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or IT recruitment
Experience working with IT, AI, software, or technology teams
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance control, and HR documentation
Ability to manage people firmly but respectfully
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work with digital HR tools, dashboards, reports, and internal systems
Understanding of labor law, employment documentation, and basic HR compliance
Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are constantly improving
Fluent Russian is required; Uzbek and English are strong advantages
Nice to Have
Experience hiring AI/ML engineers, software developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, or technical interns
Experience managing multiple offices or distributed teams
Experience building HR processes from scratch
Experience with attendance tracking systems, office monitoring tools, or HR automation platforms
Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and modern SaaS products

6 working days per week
