Full-cycle HR Administration: Manage end-to-end human resources records in strict compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal company policies.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Process personnel actions, including hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, and business trips.
Employment Contracts: Draft and manage employment contracts and addendums, including specialized documentation for expatriate employees.
Records Management: Maintain employee personal files and handle the processing, logging, and storage of labor books.
Time & Attendance: Prepare and monitor time sheets, process sick leave forms, and calculate temporary disability benefits.
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for local and expatriate staff in compliance with employment contracts and national labor law.
Expats: Visa, work permit, accomodation registration support
Digital HR Systems (Uzbekistan): Update and maintain employee data on the my.mehnat.uz / ENST portal, including labor books and organizational structure.
Business Travel Coordination: Manage both local and international business travel by preparing travel orders and coordinating flight bookings and hotel reservations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll within international or structured local companies.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ТК РУз).
Software Skills: Proficiency with my.mehnat.uz (ENST), as well as 1С.
Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Russian (Uzbek is a strong asset).
Skills: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
