We are looking for a strong professional who can manage safety operations, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, control driver safety performance, and maintain high safety standards across the company’s trucking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control daily safety operations within the trucking company.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, HOS rules, ELD standards, and internal safety procedures.
- Monitor driver safety performance, violations, accidents, inspections, and compliance issues.
- Investigate accidents, safety incidents, violations, and non-compliance cases.
- Develop, update, and implement safety policies, SOPs, corrective action plans, and internal procedures.
- Conduct safety training, driver coaching sessions, and compliance briefings.
- Monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare regular safety reports for management.
- Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, ELD, Compliance, HR, and Management teams.
- Identify safety risks and implement preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, reports, and driver compliance files.
- Support continuous improvement of company safety culture and operational discipline.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Safety Management within the logistics or trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, HOS rules, ELD systems, and trucking safety procedures.
- Experience managing driver safety performance, violations, accidents, and compliance investigations.
- Ability to develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and corrective action plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting safety training and driver coaching sessions.
- Ability to monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/safety management systems.
- Good English communication skills.

- Experience working with U.S.-based trucking companies.
- Strong understanding of driver qualification files, inspections, claims, and accident prevention.
- Experience with ELD platforms and safety monitoring tools.
