We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Monitoring Specialist to join our Safety Department.
Responsibilities
-
Fleet Safety Monitoring & Operations Control
- Monitor driver activity via ELD, GPS, and dashcam systems
- Track and report safety violations (speeding, harsh braking, HOS violations)
- Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance across fleet operations
- Review daily logs and safety events
- Support incident and accident reporting process
- Communicate with drivers regarding safety issues and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate safety and compliance records
- Support dispatch and operations in risk prevention
Requirements
- Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations
- Knowledge or willingness to learn DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems)
- English proficiency preferred
