Intern/Staff in Financial Accounting Advisory Services

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a keen interest in accounting and finance. Minimum GPA – 3.5/4.33 or 3.3/4.0.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English (at least upper intermediate level of English and advanced level of Russian).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

General Responsibilities:

• Support engagement teams in the financial statement close process (FSCP) by improving quality and timing of period-end closing process in the companies.
• Assist in transformation of financial statements from local standards to IFRS.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations.
• Assist in preparation of corporate accounting policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including financial analysts, consultants, and senior advisors to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
