Advanced Staff in Financial Accounting Advisory Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields;
• ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies would be an advantage;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (at least upper intermediate level of English and advanced level of Russian);
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS,
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm would be an advantage;
• Experience with IFRS reporting and accounting advisory projects would be an advantage.

General Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in delivery of accounting advisory and financial reporting projects;
• Assist in development of accounting policies, methodologies and internal guidelines in accordance with IFRS;
• Participate in projects related to finance transformation, accounting process improvement and automation initiatives;
• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
• Support IFRS implementation and financial reporting transformation projects;
• Participate in analysis of accounting and reporting processes and identification of areas for improvement;
• Assist in preparation of client deliverables, reports and presentation materials;
• Participate in communication and coordination with clients and engagement teams.
