Purpose of the Role:
The main task of the Accounting specialist is to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, control of financial transactions and the correctness of the company's documentation. This position plays a key role in maintaining stable financial performance and compliance with the company's internal procedures.
The Accounting specialist is responsible for processing financial data, verifying payment documents, maintaining accounting records, and monitoring the correctness of financial transactions. Due to the attention to detail, accuracy of calculations and timely updating of information, this position helps management to make informed financial and operational decisions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and process financial documentation
- Review invoices, bills, and payment documents
- Enter data into accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Monitor the accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare reports and reconciliations
- Work with Excel and internal company systems
- Communicate with other departments regarding payments and documentation
- Ensure timely processing of payments
- Organize and archive financial documents
- Perform other tasks related to accounting and financial reporting
Requirements: - Good math skills Confident computer skills Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Uzbek languages
- Experience in logistics will be an advantage.
