Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily accounting operations in accordance with local legislation and company policies
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate tax declarations and statutory reporting processes
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and official institutions
- Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
- Support internal control and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in ERP and accounting system operations
- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, chemical, or multinational companies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
Experience with ERP systems - Good command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
