О вакансии:

Мы ищем внимательного и ответственного бухгалтера в команду Fleet & Maintenance. Вы будете поддерживать ежедневные бухгалтерские операции, обеспечивать точность финансовой отчетности и участвовать в процессах закрытия периода, работая с американскими клиентами и системами.

• Проверка входящих инвойсов на корректность и полноту
• Внесение финансовых операций в учетную систему
• Подготовка и проведение оплат поставщикам
• Сверка расчетов и устранение расхождений
• Ведение учета операций по Accounts Payable
• Контроль задолженностей и своевременности оплат
• Взаимодействие с внутренними отделами (закупки, операции и др.)
• Соблюдение финансовых процедур и политик компании
• Участие в закрытии месяца

• Опыт от 1 года в бухгалтерии или финансах (желательно AP)
• Базовые знания бухгалтерского учета
• Уверенное владение Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы)
• Внимательность к деталям, ответственность
• Умение работать с большим объемом данных
• Английский и русский — не ниже Intermediate

• About the Role:
  We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our growing fleet and maintanance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and assist with compliance and closing processes while working with U.S.-based clients and systems.

  Requirements

• Key Responsibilities:
  Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
  Record financial transactions in the accounting system
  Prepare and execute payments to vendors in a timely manner
  Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
  Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities
  Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payments
  Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Operations, etc.)
  Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
  Assist in month-end closing activities

• Requirements:

  1+ year of experience in Accounting or Finance (preferably in Accounts Payable)
  Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  Ability to handle large volumes of data
  English and Russian proficiency — Intermediate or higher
