Present job offers compellingly — including pay, home time, benefits, and route details
Optimize and refresh job ad postings across platforms to maximize visibility and response rates
Handle common objections such as "pay is too low," "need more home time," or "I have another offer" — and turn them into opportunities
Track and manage active leads pipeline; report insights and sourcing ideas to leadership regularly
Maintain and update the driver database with accurate, organized candidate information
Juggle multiple candidates simultaneously while keeping every conversation timely and personalized
Requirements
Confident phone communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and negotiate
Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar outreach role is a strong advantage
Skilled at handling objections and guiding candidates toward a positive decision
Detail-oriented — able to keep candidate records accurate, current, and well-organized
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms for lead management and communication
