International Recruitment Specialist (Admissions Office)

CENTRAL ASIAN UNIVERSITY is looking for a proactive International Recruitment Specialist to manage and elevate our international student recruitment and global partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international student recruitment strategies

• Build and maintain partnerships with international schools, colleges, agencies, and educational organizations

• Represent the university at international education fairs and online recruitment events

• Conduct presentations, webinars, and consultations for prospective students and parents

• Manage the full international admissions cycle (consultation → application → enrollment → arrival support)

• Analyze international markets and prepare recruitment performance reports

• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and student service teams

• Maintain CRM systems and applicant databases

• Support marketing campaigns and prepare recruitment materials

• Provide guidance on admission requirements and visa procedures

• Ensure achievement of international enrollment targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or international sales

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced)

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM systems

• Understanding of international education systems and admissions processes

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Cross-cultural competence, strong organizational and time management skills

• Results-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Nice to have:

• Additional foreign languages

• International study or work experience

• Experience in higher education and with international markets (Central Asia, Middle East, South Asia, Europe)

• Understanding of student visa and immigration processes
