Marketing Specialist (Content & Distribution)

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work closely with our marketing team and support day-to-day execution. This role focuses on content distribution and video content management across multiple social platforms. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys execution, consistency, and growing brand presence as part of a team.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute ongoing marketing initiatives
• Support content distribution across social channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
• Manage and publish video content (short-form and long-form) across all channels
• Coordinate video content creation (briefs, scripts, subtitles, posting formats)
• Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar
• Adapt content for each platform (captions, hashtags, formats, thumbnails)
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics (views, reach, interactions)
• Support community engagement (comments, messages, reposts)
• Assist with campaigns, product launches, and announcements

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content-related roles
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
• Experience working with video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos)
• Good understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
• Working proficiency in English
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow direction

Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools
• Experience adapting content for B2B audiences, especially LinkedIn
• Interest in AI, startups, or technology products
