Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel administration.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting employees across various HR functions to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including HR policies and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in HR management and personnel administration, with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits programs and the ability to effectively administer them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive employer–employee relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English is required
- 2–3 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner Assistant
- Prior experience in the professional services industry is considered an advantage
