HR Manager (Call Center)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our growing call center team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
* Experience in recruitment for call centers or sales teams is a strong advantage
* Ability to identify and hire competent and motivated candidates
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (required)

Responsibilities:

* Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
* Develop HR strategies to attract and retain top talent
* Oversee onboarding and employee adaptation processes
* Support team growth and performance through effective HR practices
