Recruiter / HR Specialist (Рекрутер / HR-специалист)

About the Role:
American University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a highly organized and multilingual Recruiter / HR Specialist fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek. The role combines recruitment responsibilities with administrative support for foreign employees, including visas, work permits, registration, and travel arrangements. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse HR and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Handle documentation for foreign employees: visas, work permits, and registration (residency).

• Organize business travel: booking flights, hotels, and transfers.

• Maintain HR records and liaise with government authorities regarding employment matters.

• Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment and HR activities.

• Carry out additional assignments from senior management related to HR and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and procedures for foreign employee documentation.

• Mandatory fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (spoken and written).

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong written communication skills and ability to conduct professional correspondence and draft professional emails and reports

• High level of discretion, responsibility, and personal integrity

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
