We are currently looking for motivated and goal-oriented Driver Recruiters to join our HR Department. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified CDL drivers for the U.S. market. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to work with high volumes of leads while meeting weekly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and communicate with CDL drivers in the U.S.

• Screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications

• Present company opportunities and explain compensation packages

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively

• Update and manage candidate information in CRM systems

• Maintain daily activity reports and recruitment pipeline

• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confident phone presence and clear English pronunciation

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to earn bonuses

• Ability to manage multiple leads daily

• IELTS 6.5+ (Speaking 7 preferred)

• Minimum 3+ months of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CDL hiring process

• Basic understanding of the U.S. trucking industry

• Strong computer and CRM skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, office-based position
Working hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Uzbekistan Time)
