🔹 About the Role:

ONZMOVE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding professional truck drivers for the US market.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit Owner-Operators and Company Drivers (US market)
• Conduct cold calls and build a strong pipeline of drivers
• Clearly explain job terms, payment structures, and requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (from first contact to onboarding)
• Work with recruiting platforms (Indeed, TruckersReport, etc.)
• Maintain long-term relationships with drivers
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

🔹 Requirements:
• English level: Advanced (C1) – must be fluent in speaking and writing
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in recruiting or US logistics is a strong advantage
• Ability to handle high volume calls and candidates
• Result-oriented and KPI-driven mindset
• Stress-resistant and disciplined
