Sourcing and conducting interviews with truck drivers (Owner Operators) across the United States.;
Recruiting Owner Operators exclusively (no hiring for other positions);
Maintaining and updating a database of drivers and candidates in TMS;
Checking and uploading driver documents in TMS
Preparing recruitment and driver retention reports;
Making warm calls to potential candidates from existing databases (generated through paid platforms);
Performing other tasks related to driver recruiting and HR processes.
Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts; schedule: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM and 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (winter time);
Fluent English (C1+): clear, confident, and professional spoken communication is mandatory for daily interaction with drivers across the USA;
Fluent Russian (C1+);
Proven ability to conduct high-volume phone communication and build rapport quickly;
Strong communication skills: ability to go beyond scripts, think independently, handle objections, and clearly explain terms, conditions, and processes;
Genuine interest in communication: you should enjoy speaking with people, be naturally engaging, and maintain a high level of energy and professionalism in every conversation (this is not a role for those who prefer minimal interaction or “script-only” communication);
Experience in American logistics (preferably expedite) or prior experience in driver recruiting is highly preferred;
High level of stress tolerance and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Strong discipline, accountability, and result-oriented mindset;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry;
Strict adherence to confidentiality and corporate security standards.
Conditions:
9-hour working day; 5-day workweek;
Compensation: fixed salary + bonus for each recruited Owner Operator.
